1. Purpose and scope
These terms apply to information provided on the website operated by TERRA Dermatology Clinic Gangnam, confirmation of appointments arranged with staff, and appointment deposit payments. Website membership registration is not offered. Medical service agreements and medical records follow applicable law and the clinic’s separate procedures.
2. Booking procedure
After agreeing the appointment time, number of customers and deposit with staff, customers check the details and enter their information through a unique link issued by the clinic. This service does not offer real-time availability or allow customers to choose appointment times themselves. Time changes must be requested through staff.
The unique link is for the customers in that booking only. Do not post it publicly or share it unnecessarily. When entering another customer’s details, inform them of the purposes and handling of their information and obtain lawful authority. The clinic will separately explain any necessary legal representative verification.
3. Deposits and payment
The standard deposit per person is KRW 22,000 for customers who can have a consultation in Korean and KRW 44,000 for customers who cannot; the final amount is shown before payment. The deposit is deducted from consultation or treatment charges on the day of the visit. Deposit receipt is confirmed after payment results are verified. A confirmation on a test/demo screen is not an actual payment approval. If you suspect an error or duplicate payment, contact the clinic instead of paying again.
4. Cancellation and refunds
A cancellation request received by the clinic at least 24 hours before the appointment is eligible for a full refund. As a rule, cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment and no-shows are not refundable. Korean Standard Time applies, and statutory rights are not restricted. 5. Privacy and customer responsibilities
Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. Provide accurate information and do not include unnecessary sensitive information such as diagnoses or medical history in requests. Misuse of others’ information, interference with payments and unauthorized system access are prohibited.
6. Changes and service interruptions
Maintenance or external payment service failures may restrict service availability. The clinic will explain confirmed problems and take necessary steps to restore service and confirm appointments. This does not exclude legal liability arising from the clinic’s intentional misconduct or negligence.
7. Amendments and dispute resolution
Changes to these terms and their effective dates will be announced on the website. Unfavorable changes will not be applied retroactively to existing bookings. Inquiries and disputes should first be discussed with the clinic. If unresolved, dispute resolution procedures under applicable law may be used. Court jurisdiction is determined by applicable law.
